Dutch finger Tooling allow; Air-Vac Replacements under pressure without a shut down of system. Branch Valve replacement without shut down of system. Branch tapping saddle replacement without shutdown of main line. Applications include replacement of round ported valves, tapping saddles and leaking nipples without a shut down of system. Projects include replacements on Sewage force-mains,  water systems, chemical lines and heating and cooling systems.
